Lisa Mann
From an early age, Lisa Mann has been obsessed with houses – their construction, design and decoration. She constantly envisions what something can be instead of what it is. Over the years, she has restored and remodeled numerous properties – a quaint bungalow, a 1920s Tudor, a beach home, a bay house and a second home in Santa Fe. Lisa even took on the task of transforming an apartment building in Houston’s Museum District into a professional office. All of these projects have given her a profound sense of accomplishment and taught her the beauty of putting in sweat equity and when that isn’t enough, collaborating with other talented professionals. Along the way, Lisa attended Wellesley College and the University of Texas School of Law.
Enjoying a successful career as a trial attorney for over 35 years, she represented corporate and insurance industry clients, including a number of Fortune 50 companies. But real estate remained her true passion. Now she’s thrilled to have teamed up with her son Harrison Bingham for her “next chapter” as a real estate broker. Bringing a fresh perspective to the Santa Fe real estate market, Lisa excels in negotiating, problem solving and guiding clients through transactions. She loves to help people see untapped potential in new properties or present their current homes in the most favorable light. After over 20 years of visiting Santa Fe, Lisa is thrilled to now call it her full-time home. When not working she can be found soaking up the scenery, strolling on Canyon Road or spending time cooking for friends and family.
